Gynecomastia (Male-Plated Breast Enlargement) Correction

Gynecomastia is a common condition in men characterized by abnormal growth of breast tissue, which can be aesthetically bothersome. It can occur due to hormonal changes, genetic factors, certain medications, or weight gain. Besides physical appearance, gynecomastia can also negatively impact self-confidence.

In cases of gynecomastia that cannot be resolved with exercise and diet, surgical intervention offers a permanent and effective solution. This procedure usually involves removing excess fat tissue using liposuction. If there is also significant breast enlargement and skin sagging, the excess skin is surgically removed to smooth the area.

The operation is usually performed under local or general anesthesia and takes an average of 1–2 hours, depending on the patient's condition. Recovery is rapid; daily life can be resumed within a few days. Wearing a special compression garment is recommended for the first few weeks.
