Bichectomy<\/strong><\/h4>

In some individuals, depending on their facial structure, the fat pads in the cheek area (Bichat fat tissue) may be more prominent than normal. This can give a person a heavier-looking facial contour. Bichectomy, or cheek reduction surgery, is performed by surgically removing this fat tissue through an incision inside the mouth.<\/p>

This operation, completed in a short time, makes facial features more defined; cheekbones become more prominent, and the lower face acquires a more balanced and aesthetic appearance.
